It's for Summer!
With summer fast approaching, there is little time to make sure you are in tip-top shape. We have decided to do a 31-Day ab challenge during the month of May to help encourage our followers! The first workout will be this Friday (5/1)!
Each day we will post a different ab workout (on top of our normal WODs) which should take you anywhere from 5 – 10 minutes.
