Get Lean just in Time for Summer with this 4 Week Body Weight Challenge!

The 4 Week Body Weight Challenge is officially live. Here are the details:

Price: $25
Start Date: 5/3/2021
End Date: 5/28/2021
20 Different workouts

These workouts can be done from anywhere so there really are no excuses to get them done. They also require no equipment at all, all you need to do is show up! The workouts will be challenging but will be worth it in the long run. And don’t let the price scare you away. It will be a $25 well spent. 

These workouts will start off easy and then continually get hard as the weeks progress. See below for an example of what a week will look like.

– 3 days of bodyweight workouts
– 1 day of cardio and abs
– 1 day cardio
– 1 active rest day (walking)
– 1 recovery day (day off to do whatever recovery you choose!)

This challenge will be using the trainerize application which you can download from the google playstore or the apple app store. The workout are preloaded into the app and all you need to do is follow along.
