To kickoff 2020, we have decided to do a 9 week challenge which will challenge participants with different daily and weekly tasks. If you did not register for the event, but would still like to partake in the weekly challenges, you are more than welcomed to do so!
Week 1 Challenge
The week one challenge (which will start on 1/1/2020 and end 1/5/2020) will be to write down 10 goals for 2020. These goals can be anything (work related, fitness, social, spiritual, financial, etc.). We figured given that this is a short week, its the beginning of a new year, writing down your goals for 2020 would be a good first challenge.
Why Write Down Your Goals?
Studies have shown that when you write down your goals and see them on a daily basis, you are 42% more likely to accomplish them. What better way to start off the year than with a jump start towards the 10 most important goals of yours!?
We want to challenge you to achieve those goals in 2020. Write down your top 10 goals and put them in a place where you are reminded of them everyday. Below is an example of what I did with my goals.
I posted my goals on my bathroom mirror so I can be reminded of them on a daily basis. You can do something similar!
