The week 5 challenge is called ‘Branch Out’. What we mean by branching out is we want you to try at least one new form of exercise, or fitness class you typically don’t do (yoga, cycling, barre, etc.). The way you get points for this challenge is by posting a picture when you are at your class, studio, gym, etc. and tagging us in it!
This could be as easy as taking a class you haven’t taken before at your gym or doing yoga session by watching a YouTube video. You get out of this challenge what you put in!
