Top Tier Fitness CLT – 9 Week Kickoff to 2020 Challenge
To get the new year and decade off to a good start, we challenge you to sign up for our fitness competition. Put all that hard-work to use and have the chance to win some $$$. The Challenge will start on 1/1/2020 and run until 2/29/2019.
What is the Challenge?
The purpose of this challenge is to gauge the amount of progress each user has made over an 8- week period through submitting a photo and weight measurements at the beginning and end of the challenge. Additionally, there will be daily and weekly tasks to be completed which will earn you points. This will be tracked through the app Wodify, which is where you will also register for the event.
The winner will be determined by the total number of points they earn through completing tasks and along with the user with the most amount of progress made through their photo submission and weight measurements. So be sure to check into the app daily to complete the tasks!
What’s the Price?
To register for the event, use this link. We are using the platform Wodify to help track the challenge and also collect the signup costs. The challenge will be $10 plus tax and fees (works out to be almost $12).
What’s the Prize for the winner?
There will be a cash prize for the winner and then also a Top Tier Fitness CLT t-shirt. If did not win but are interested in a T-Shirt, let us know and we will include you in the order for an additional cost (Looking to be around $15 – $17 per shirt)
What are the Tasks?
The first part of the challenge will be to submit and your beginning photo and weight measurements to bpetrillo153@toptierfitnessclt.com before or on 1/1/2020. You will also do the same with your ending photo and weight measurements ( Due on 2/29/2020).
Using the Wodify app, there will be daily and weekly challenges for you to complete. This challenge is an opportunity to get into better lifestyle habits for the new year while also having the chance to win some money. The tasks are as follows:
– Keep up with a food journal daily (1 point) – This only requires you to take a photo of your meals throughout the day. If you would like, you can track your meals in MyFitnessPal and take a screenshot of your entry and use it for this task.
– Be active for at 30 minutes each day (3 points) – Even on your rest days, there are ways to stay active and moving.
– Repost a WOD weekly (5 points) – at least once a week repost or share one of our WODs on Instagram and/or Facebook!
– Complete the weekly challenge (10 Points) – Each week we will give you a different challenge to complete. In order to get points for it, all you have to do is post on social media (and tagging us) saying that you are committed to the challenge or in some cases, a picture doing the challenge (More details as these are announced)
How can you track your progress?
You will be able to track your progress through the Wodify Rise dashboard. You can also download the Wodify Rise app from the IOS or Andriod store to help keep track of your progress directly from your mobile device.
When must you complete each challenge?
You have until midnight to complete each daily challenge, so make sure to keep up with it! For the weekly challenges, you have all week to complete it and will need to check it off each Sunday in the app, but we will be able to see when it was completed when you tag us. Weekly challenges will be announced on Monday (except for the first one which will be the kick off for the event). We will send out daily reminders via social media, text, and email to make sure you are keeping track of your progress and points! For more information about the weekly challenges, refer below.

Each week there will be a ‘Weekly Challenge’ focused on wellbeing. This is designed to create better habits for yourself. Below is the list of weekly challenges. More information will be provided for each weekly challenge prior to them starting. To get credit, you need to commit to the challenge via social media and tagging us in the post/story/status etc. This is so we can hold you accountable, along with your peers.

Also, when you are competing, be honest! We are fully aware that some of the challenges and tasks, there is no true way to validate you are doing them.
