How to do Resistance Band Toe Touches:
- Get a light to medium resistance band and an aerobic platform.
- Put the resistance band underneath the platform so it is even on both sides.
- Lay on the bench and put your feet in the air.
- Grabbing the resistance bands, reach and touch for your toes.
- Do this for the desired about of time.
Doing normal toe touches is a great workout but can feel tedious and sometimes can feel like you aren’t getting much out of it. Adding resistance bands into the mix is a great way to turn up the intensity and get the most out of the workout. Building bigger and stronger abs can only be done by incorporating weight or some sort of resistance. Stop doing basic toe touches and do resistance toe touches instead!
