How to do Arnold Bench Press:
- Grab the appropriate weight of dumbbells you need for this exercise.
- Lay flat on your back and press the dumbbells straight up. The palm of your hand should be facing away from your body.
- When bringing the dumbbells down, you will your wrists so the palm of your hand is facing towards your body.

For some reason it seems like Arnold always did things better, and this exercise is no exception. This is taking the traditional Arnold press and mixing it with your dumbbell bench press for an ultimate chest throbbing exercise.
When doing this exercise, I shoot to do 10 – 12 reps, for about 4-5 sets. This will get you the exact pump you are looking for. For those feeling ambitious and want to increase the weight, I would suggest decreasing the amount of reps. This exercise might take some getting use to before you decide to increase the weight to much.
Add this exercise to your normal chest workout routine and see if you notice a difference!
