How to do Incline Plate Chest Press:
- Grab a weight plate that you are able to handle
- Get a workout bench and bring it up to an incline
- Put your fingers through the holes of the weight plate and put it in between your chest vertically.
- Press the plate outward and then bring it back inward. Do this the desired amount of times.
The Incline plate chest press is one of my favorite chest exercises, especially when you superset it with incline bench press. This exercise is great for targeting the interior chest muscles.
When doing this exercise, I usually do about 10 – 12 reps for 4 -5 sets. This will get you the interior burn you have been looking for. Get ready to feel extra sore if this is your first time doing this exercise, because you are going to be working those hard to reach muscles.
