Week 5 Wrap-up

I hope everyone took advantage of the challenge this weeks challenge and tried something new! I believe its great to challenge your muscles in ways you typically wouldn’t. Be sure to LOG YOUR POINTS today! The challenge is over half way there so stay strong and keep pushing.

Week 6 Challenge

 This week’s challenge is to give up sweets! This might be hard for some of you (or all of you) but take this week to eliminate all that extra sugar from your diet. And since today is the super bowl, I will give you one cheat day and the challenge won’t official start until tomorrow!

So what do we mean by sweets? 

What we mean by sweets is what you would typically thing of when you hear sweets:

  • Cake
  • Cookies
  • Ice cream
  • Candy
  • Chocolate (pure cocoa is okay)
  • SODA

You allowed to add sugar to your coffee or creamer, that is fine. We just don’t want you eating a brownie for dessert with ice cream on top. And no SODA! 

How do we get points for the challenge?

As long as you are honest and truly go the whole week without any sweets, you will get points!
