PROGRESSION PROGRAMS
We have also added in progression programs for bench and squat! These will help you over come any plateau you may come across and boost those lifts anywhere from 15 – 30+ pounds. These programs can be extensive, but the key is to stay consistent and push yourself. All of your hard-work and dedication will pay off!
