Enjoy this Salmon Bowl with Feta Honey Mustard Glaze

Salmon is a Great Protein Choice for Dinner

Salmon has to be one of my favorite things to eat. Its so versatile and can be used in so many different ways. I like to think of is almost like a chicken!

Its packed with a lot of healthy fats, high and protein and low in calories. And you can also find it on sale a lot.

If you aren’t a fish person, and if you think salmon is “to fishy” tasting, then you either believe that only because that’s what your parents have said your whole life (Like Me!) or you just haven’t had good salmon…yet.

You can also cook salmon a lot of different ways – grill, oven, pan sear, etc. In this recipe, we will be making a pan sear salmon that takes in total about 8 minutes. The magic number is 4 minutes per side. I have found this to be the sweet spot when pan searing salmon.

I think pan searing captures a lot of great flavors of the salmon and obviously creates this delicious crust. If this is your first time having salmon or cooking it on the stove, you wont want to go back to your old method, believe me!

You will find the recipe below for this awesome salmon bowl that can be made in about 20 minutes. So even if you are a busy body, you can find time to make this awesome dish and you wont be disappointed.

Since we do live in 2023 and people prefer to watch rather than read, we have also included a video to this recipe!
