How to do Tic Tocs (Left Leg Isolated):
1. Stand on your left leg and get into a squat posture. Bringing your hands to your heart center
2. Move your right leg out to the right side of your body, then move it to behind the left side of your body
3. Do this for the desired amount of reps.
2. Move your right leg out to the right side of your body, then move it to behind the left side of your body
3. Do this for the desired amount of reps.
Tip: Feel free to incorporate holding a dumbbell or kettlebell instead of bringing your hands to your heart center.
