How to do Tic Tocs (right leg isolated):
1. Stand on your right leg and get into a squat posture. Bringing your hands to your heart center
2. Move your left leg out to the left side of your body, then move it to behind the right side of your body
3. Do this for the desired amount of reps.
2. Move your left leg out to the left side of your body, then move it to behind the right side of your body
3. Do this for the desired amount of reps.
Tip: Feel free to incorporate holding a dumbbell or kettlebell instead of bringing your hands to your heart center.
