2024 health and wellness challenge

To kick off the year, we love to start things off with a free health and wellness challenge to help get you off on the right track! These fitness challenges have varied over the years, but this year we are taking a different approach. 

Health and Wellness Challenge Details

  •  The challenge is FREE! Yes, there is no charge to be apart of it
  • Signing up for the challenge will enter you into the drawing of a $150 Lululemon gift card. *Participants will also need to complete Days 21, 24, and 31 to be entered into the drawing
  • The challenge will start on January 1st, 2024 and run through January 31st, 2024
  • Each week of the challenge will have a different area of focus – therefore not making it only fitness or diet related. It will allow you to cover all aspects of health and wellness as you start off the new year!
  • Once you have signed up for the challenge, you will then be able to download the content calendar so you can follow along throughout the month – by signing up, you will also enroll in getting daily challenge emails.

Why should you Participate?

Participating in a fitness challenge to kickstart the new year offers a multifaceted approach to well-being.
