A common reason why many Americans don’t go to the gym or are dissatisfied is because they either are sick of their current routine or don’t know what to do. That is why we are committed to creating a workout of the day (WOD) every week day!
Top Tier Fitness CLT’s ‘Workout of the Day’ (WODs) are designed to keep your exercise routine fun and exciting. Unlike traditional Workout of the day ideas, Top Tier Fitness CLT WODs are a combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and traditional weight training. These workouts designed to optimize ones power and strength while also incorporating cardio to keep you lean.
Since changing up my style of working out, I have lost over 10 pounds and dropped about 5% in body fat. In order to get the most out your workout, you need to focus on getting your heart rate high. These workouts are designed to do that!

We don’t want you to get our ‘workout of the days’ confused with crossfit WODs. We want to promote and encourage good form to help prevent injury.
We also want to make sure everyone can manage to do out workouts. For this, we have created less intense versions of every workout of the day. The goal with the less intense versions is to scale the workout back so someone who might just be starting to workout would be able to complete the workouts. If you find the less intense versions becoming too easy for you, but you cannot still do the full tailored option, I would suggest doing a mix of the 2. The best way to see results is to challenge yourself each and every day.
