Build Stronger and Bigger Legs Even from Home!

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a 30 Minute Lower Body Workout from Home . This is another workout in our coronavirus self quarantine series. 

Cardio Round 1…

For today’s cardio, we are going to do a 1 minute jog in place, followed by 50 jumping jacks. We will do this for a total of 3 times. This is a great way to get your heart rate up and the blood flowing. If it is nice outside, feel free to substitute this with a run or walk outside instead. 

Circuit…

For our circuit today we are going to be focusing all lower body and no equipment is needed! This is a 7 exercise circuit which we will do 2 times. We will do each exercise for a total of 30 seconds each before moving onto the next. After each round take about a 30 second break.
 

Abs…

For abs we are going to do a 4 minute non stop circuit. There are a total of 7 exercises which we will do for either 30 or 45 seconds each. There will be 2 rounds of this ab circuit, which should be your abs burning by the end of it! 

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have

30 Minute Lower Body Workout from Home

Cardio

– 3 rounds of:

    – 1 minute jog in place

    – 50 jumping jacks

 

Circuit

 – 2 rounds of the following

     – 30 seconds air squat

     – 30 seconds air squat pulse

     – 30 seconds one leg squat to chair (right leg)

     – 30 seconds one leg squat to chair (left leg)

     – 30 seconds courtesy lunges

     – 30 seconds of crab walk

     – 30 seconds of one leg side hops

     – 30 second break

 

Abs

– 2 rounds of the following:

    – 45 second mountain climber    

    – 30 second bicycle kick 

     – 30 second v-ups

     – 45 seconds knees to elbows

     – 30 seconds toe touches

     – 30 seconds elbow to high plank

     – 30 seconds boat pose

     – 30 second rest
