Today we are doing a 35 Minute HIIT Cardio workout! This workout is designed to get your heart rate high and that heart pumping so you can burn plenty of calories.

You will start off on the treadmill, at a pretty slow pace to get the blood flowing. After about the 7 minute mark, this is when we will ramp it up a bit. We will incorporate some high intensity sprints at an incline to truly challenge ourselves.

Next we will hop on the stair master to keep the intensity going. Start off at a low speed for 2 minutes, then increasing it throughout the duration of the next 6 minutes. End with a 1 minute cool down.

End the workout doing 3 rounds of 4 exercises on abs. Keep the intensity up and feel the burn! Once you have completed, stretch it out for about 5 – 10 minutes to decrease fatigue.
