Cardio Round 1…
For today’s cardio, we are going to go on a 2 mile run. If 2 miles is too long for you, feel free to cut it back to a distance comfortable for you. This is a great way to get your heart rate up and the blood flowing for our circuits!

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
50-Minute Full Body Workout:
Cardio:
– 2 mile run outside
Lower Body circuit:
– 4 rounds of the following:
– 30 seconds walking lunges
– 30 seconds air squats
– 30 seconds crab walks
– 30 seconds skater hops
Upper Body Circuit:
– 4 rounds of the following:
– 30 seconds of inch worms
– 30 seconds of high plank lateral raises
– 30 seconds of mountain climbers
– 30 seconds of pushups
Walking Lunges:
