Read Time1 Minute, 42 Second

Today we are going to be doing a 50 Minute HIIT Arm workout, hitting bicep and triceps. Start off on the treadmill to get the blood flowing. This will help set the tempo for the whole workout, so hit this hard.

Next will be the first circuit with 4 rounds of 6 exercises, doing each for 20 seconds. Focus on good form and lots of reps. I am not concerned with how much you can curl, because honestly, who freaking cares. This workout is geared towards cutting up your arms to show off definition.

To get the heart rate back up, hit stair master for a quick 5 minutes. Challenge yourself and do it at a high intensity.

Back to the last arm circuit with 4 rounds of 2 exercises, doing each for 20 seconds. Then end it with 2 rounds of 2 exercises for abs. Don’t forget to stretch!

Less Intense Version:

The goal with the less intense versions is to scale the workout back so someone who might just be starting to workout would be able to complete the workouts. If you find the less intense versions becoming too easy for you, but you cannot still do the full tailored option, I would suggest doing a mix of the 2. The best way to see results is to challenge yourself each and every day.
