For today’s cardio, we are going to be doing a 5K. Feel free to run this at your own pace, whatever is comfortable for you. But the goal of the workout is to complete a full 5K. If it is nice outside, feel free to do this run outside instead of on a treadmill.
Circuit…
Stretch
To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
Cardio, Abs, and Bodyweight Circuit:
Cardio:
– 5K on the treadmill or outside
Circuit 1:
– 4 rounds of the following:
– 20 push ups
– 10 straight arm pull-ups
– 30 second high plank
– 10 leg raises
– 10 leg pull ins
