Get Bigger, Faster, and Stronger with this 60 - Minute Cardio Workout

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a 60 – Minute Cardio Workout to help get us back on track after this past weekend. Hopefully you are sweating bullets after this workout and feeling better than you did an hour ago.

Cardio…

For today’s cardio, we are going to be doing a 3 mile run. This is a great way to get your heart rate up to burn those calories and to get that sweat going. After the run, we are going to hit the stairmaster for 15 minutes. This will continue to keep our heart rate up and keep the sweat flowing. If it is nice outside, feel free to substitute this with a 3 mile run outside instead.

Circuit…

For our circuit today we are going to do 4 body weight exercises for 4 rounds and for the number of reps stated in the workout below for each exercise.

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.

High Intensity Lower Body Workout:

– 3 mile run

– 15 minute stair master

4 rounds of the following:
