Today’s workout pays tribute to 9/11 and to remember the victims involved in that horrific tragedy, and also those affected by it.

  • 1.10 Mile run
  • 110 Floors on the stair master
  • 110 situps
  • 23 Pull ups
  • 37 Leg raises
  • 2,977 M row

110 is symbolic of the number of floors in each of the world trade center towers. 23 is in honor of the number of NYPD officers who were killed and 37 is in honor of the number of New York Port Authority police officers killed. 2,977 is in honor of all of the lives lost on 9/11.
