Good morning and I hope everyone had a great weekend! Now that it is Monday, it’s back to grind. See below for today’s workout. Going forward, I am also going to include a version of the workout that isn’t as intense.
- 10 – minute Jog, 1.5% incline
- Barbell bench press – 10, 8, 6, 5, 5, 3, 3
- Barbell bench press pause reps – 10, 10, 10
- Dumbbell incline bench press – 10, 10, 8, 6, 6
- Alternating dumbbell bench press – 10, 10, 10, 10 (each arm)
- Incline dumbbell flies – 10, 10, 10, 10
- Pushups – 40
- Dips – 40
- 2 rounds of:
- 50 toe touches
- 50 Russian twists
Modified workout (Less as intense)
- 10 – minute jog
- Barbell or dumbbell bench press – 10, 10, 10 ,10
- Barbell or dumbbell incline bench press – 10, 10, 10, 10
- Dumbbell or cable flies – 10, 10, 10, 10
- Dips – 20
- Pushups – 20
- 1 round of:
- 50 toe touches
- 50 Russian twists
