Today we are going to do a leg circuit to get the blood flowing and that heart rate up. The goal for today is to get through this circuit as fast as possible.

  • 1 mile warm up run
  • 5 rounds of the following:
    • 10 reps of squat
    • 10 reps of front squat
    • 10 reps of dumbbell lunge
    • 10 kettlebell swings
    • 20 calf raises
  • 100 toe touches
  • 100 Russian twists

Less intense version

  • 10 minute incline walk (shoot for 5 – 7% incline)
  • 3 rounds of the following:
    • 10 reps of squat
    • 10 reps of front squat
    • 10 reps of dumbbell lunge
    • 10 kettlebell swings
    • 20 calf raises
  • 50 toe touches
  • 50 Russian twists
