- Superset with dumbbell flies
- Cable flies 10, 10, 10, 10
- Superset with pushups 10, 10, 10, 10
- 3 rounds of the following
- 25 toe touches
- 15 leg raises
- 40 Russian Twists
- 1 Min plank
