Today’s workout is focusing on a low impact cardio workout! During the middle of the week I like to either catch up with a rest day, or move away from weights to give my body a break. This is also a good time to focus on stretching towards the end of the workout since this WOD won’t take too long.

  • 20 minute run
  • 10 minute stair master
  • 3 rounds of the following
    • 30 seconds of sprints
    • 25 toe touches
    • 15 leg raises
    • 50 penguins

Less Intense version

  • 15 minute run
  • 7 minute stair master
  • 2 rounds of the following
