Today’s workout is focusing on a low impact cardio workout! During the middle of the week I like to either catch up with a rest day, or move away from weights to give my body a break. This is also a good time to focus on stretching towards the end of the workout since this WOD won’t take too long.
- 20 minute run
- 10 minute stair master
- 3 rounds of the following
- 30 seconds of sprints
- 25 toe touches
- 15 leg raises
- 50 penguins
Less Intense version
- 15 minute run
- 7 minute stair master
- 2 rounds of the following
- 25 toe touches
- 5 leg raises
- 30 penguins
