Today’s workout is chest workout circuit to get your week started right!

  • 1 Mile Run for time

4 Rounds of the Following:

  • 10 reps of dumbbell bench press
  •  10 reps of incline dumbbell bench press
  •  10 reps of incline dumbbell flies
  •  10 bench dips
  •  10 push-ups

End with 3 rounds of abs:

  • 25 toe touches
  • 15 leg raises
  • 1 minute plank

Less Intense Version

  • 1 Mile Run for time

3 Rounds of the Following:

  • 10 reps of dumbbell bench press
  •  10 reps of incline dumbbell bench press
  •  10 reps of incline dumbbell flies
  •  10 bench dips
  •  10 push-ups

End with 2 rounds of abs:

  • 25 toe touches
  • 15 leg raises
  • 1 minute plank
