Today’s workout is a chest HIIT workout, focusing in high intensity and high reps! Try and do this workout as fast as possible.

  • 1 Mile Run
  • 5 Rounds of the following:
    • 10 reps of Bench
    • 10 bench dips
    • 10 reps of incline bench
    • 10 reps of chest raises
    • 10 reps of flies
    • 10 reps of push-ups
  • 75 toe touches
  • 1 minute plank
  • 30 second high plank
  • 50 mountain climbers

End the workout with a cool down walk of about 5 minutes and then stretch it out!

Less Intense Version:

  • 1 Mile Run
  • 3 Rounds of the following:
    • 10 reps of Bench
    • 10 bench dips
    • 10 reps of incline bench
    • 10 reps of chest raises
    • 10 reps of flies
    • 10 reps of push-ups
  • 50 toe touches
  • 30 Second plank
  • 20 second high plank
  • 25 mountain climbers
