Today’s workout is a 30 – Minute High Intensity Back and Shoulder Workout to get your heart pumping and to burn plenty of calories. This workout is meant to be fast pace, so make sure you drink plenty of water throughout.
The first thing we are going to do is some cardio work to get the body warmed up and the blood flowing. This Cardio routine will be challeging and will set the pace for the whole workout. Take a 1 minute break after completing the first round of cardio.
Next will be the first circuit, which is composed of 2 rounds and 5 exercises, doing as many reps as possible in a 30 second time frame. Take a 1 minute break in between each round.
The second round of cardio is next, which won’t be easy, but isn’t meant to be. Once completed, take a 1 minute break before doing the last circuit.
The last weights circuit is composed of 2 rounds and 4 exercises, doing as many reps as possible in a 30 second time frame. Take a 1 minute break in between each round.
This workout should take around 30 minutes, resulting in a high heart rate throughout the duration and a lot of calories burned. Don’t for get to stretch after!
