Today we are going to do a high rep chest HIIT workout. This workout should leave your body gassed. We will start it off with a treadmill circuit, which gradually gets harder. It will last a total of 12 minutes, so push yourself through!
Next will will be doing 6 exercises, all at 100 reps. Try to keep the weight for each exercise at manageable level. You dont want to be tired after 10, not even 20. In one sitting you should be able to crank out at least 30 reps. Gradually it will get harder, but you can also decrease the weight when you need too.
I did this at a weight of 185, when I usually bench around 315 for a few reps. This is about building up muscle stamina.
Back to the treadmill we go! Do the same 12 minute circuit again. This will really challenge our bodies. Then we will end it with some ab work.
All in all, this workout will probably take you over an hour to complete. Like I said before, for the weightlifting section of this workout, do light weight (less than half of what you would normally do). This workout is intended to test you overall stamina (Cardio and Muscle).
Don’t forget to stretch it out!
