Today we are going to be doing a High Intensity Cardio Workout with Abs to get our week started. Sometimes its hard to get up early Monday morning and get back into your weekly routine. To make it easier, we will stick to cardio today and will hit weights tomorrow.
The first thing we want to do is a circuit on the treadmill. This will last 12 minutes and should really challenge you, especially once you get to the incline sprints. Then we will go on to stair master. The total time here is 15 minutes, so I would suggest starting off slow, then getting more intense through, then ending the last 1-2 minutes on a slow speed.
For abs we are going to incorporate some weights into to work on building those muscles. You really should treat then like an other muscle group, so adding weights into the equation is a must.
To wrap it all up, grab a mat and stretch it out for about 10 minutes!
