Today’s…
Cardio Round 1…
Full Body Circuit 1…
The full body workout is a low impact workout but still designed to get your heart rate up and get that burn going. We will also incorporate stairs into this circuit. If you do not have access to stairs, you can either jump rope for 30 seconds, run in place, or do burpees.
Cardio Round 2…
For our second round of cardio we are going to hit the treadmill for a 8 minute run. If you want to challenge yourself, feel free to play around with the incline and the speeds throughout the 8 minutes.
Abs…
We are going to do a 4 round circuit of 3 different exercises to get those abs nice and sore. Incorporate weights into these exercises to increase the intensity and to also build bigger and stronger muscles.
Stretch
To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
