Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be HIIT Full body circuit. This circuit is great if you are in a time crunch or just feel like having a quick workout for the day!

Cardio Round 1…

For the first round of cardio, it is cimpletely up to you what you want to do! Whatever you decide to do, do it for a total of 10 minutes. This is a great way to get your body warmed up before jumping into the circuit.

Weights Round 1…

In today’s workout, the first circuit will be 4 exercises, doing each exercise for 25 seconds, for a total of 4 rounds. This will keep up the intensity of the workout and the pace. Once you have completed one round, take a 30 second break before starting the next one. All of the exercises are targeting your full body!

Cardio Round 2…

For our second round of cardio it is once again up to you what you want to do. Just make sure you do it for 5 minutes to keep up the intensity of the workout.

Circuit Round 2…

The second circuit is going to be setup just like the first, but we will be focusing on abs instead of full body.

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
