Crush Your Full Body with This Workout!

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a 900 Rep Full Body Workout from Home. This is another workout in our coronavirus self quarantine series. 

Cardio Round 1…

For today’s cardio, we are going to doing 100 seconds of jog in place, 100 jumping jacks, and 100 high knees. This is a great way to get your heart rate up and the blood flowing. If it is nice outside, feel free to substitute this with a run outside instead. I started off this workout with a two mile run.

Circuit…

For our circuit today we are going to be focusing on full body and abs. We will do a total of 3 full body exercises and 3 ab exercises, all for 100 reps! Todays theme is 100 reps, so every exercise we do, it will be for a total of 100 reps. This may get challenging so break it up how ever you like! It is totally up to you, just make sure you get it all done. 
 

Abs…

For abs we are going to do 3 different exercise for a total of 100 reps. This should get your core burning! 

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.

Cardio:

– 100 seconds jog in place

– 100 jumping jacks

– 100 high knees

 

Circuit

 – 100 pushups (modify if you need to)

 – 100 squats

 – 100 alternating lunges

 – 100 toe touches

 – 100 russian twists

 – 100 seconds of high plank hold
