Build a bigger Lower body from the comfort of your home!

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing the a High Rep Lower Body Workout from Home. This is another workout in our coronavirus self quarantine series. 

Cardio Round 1…

For today’s cardio, we will get things going with a 10 minute warmup jog. This is a great way to get your heart rate up and the blood flowing. 

Circuit…

For our circuit today we are going to be focusing lower body using nothing but body weight. We will be doing a total of 12 different exercises, all for a different amount of reps. The first exercise we will do for 120 reps and then each exercise after that, we will decrease the reps by 10. Take you time when doing this workout, it is designed for you to goat your own pace.
 

Abs…

Abs have been incorporated into the circuit today! 

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have. This article has a great number of stretches you can incorporate into your post workout cool down/recovery routine!

Go for a 10 minute run outside! 

 

Circuit

 

– 120 jumping jacks

– 110 reps of running place

– 100 air squats

– 90 alternating lunges

– 80 skater hops

– 70 Goblet Squats

– 60 second high plank

– 50 jump squats

– 40 toe touches

– 30 leg rasies

– 20 jumping lunges

– 10 burpees
