Keep the Gains Going Even When on Vacation!

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing the Best HIIT Vacation Workout. This is another workout in our coronavirus self quarantine series. 

Circuit…

Today’s circuit is going to include cardio, full body exercises, and also abs. This is a 6 exercise circuit which we will do 20 seconds each, 5 times. Each round should take 2 minutes followed by a 1 minute break. This whole workout should take you about 15 minutes, which is a great workout to knock out when you are on vacation.
 

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.

Circuit

– 5 rounds of the following:

    – 20 seconds of burpees

    – 20 seconds of pushups

    – 20 seconds of air squats

    – 20 seconds of jumping lunges

    – 30 seconds of high plank

    – 30 seconds of sprints

    – 1 minute rest
