Keep the Gains Going Even When on Vacation!

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a Full Body HIIT Vacation Workout. This is another workout in our coronavirus self quarantine series. 

Cardio Round 1…

To start off the workout today, we are going to do a half mile run. This is a great way to get the body warmed up and the muscles loose. We will also end the workout by doing another half mile run.   

Circuit…

For our circuit today, we are going to be doing some exercises that work cardio and full body, to make sure you burn the most amount of calories possbile in a short amount of time. We will be doing a 5 exercise circuit for a total of 4 rounds. Each exercise is rep based instead of being time based.
 

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.

    – 10 push-ups

    – 10 lunges

    – 10 air squats

    – 10 lunges

    – 2 sprints
