Help get Rid of that Stubborn Body Fat with this 30 Minute Fat Burning Home Workout

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a 30 minute Fat Burning Home Workout. This is a great workout that you can do at home or from anywhere! All you need for this workout is a timer and a bottle of water! 

Cardio Round 1…

For today’s cardio, we are going to doing 50 seconds of jumping jacks, 50 seconds of Squat Engines, and 50 seconds of butt kicks. After each exercise we will take a 10 second break before moving onto the next. This is a great way to get your heart rate up and the blood flowing. 

Circuit…

For our circuit today we are going to be focusing on full body using nothing but body weight. This is a 8 exercise workout broken out into 2 circuits, which we will do 3 times. We will do each exercise for a total of 30 seconds each before moving onto the next. After each round take about a 30 second break. Check out the workout details below! 
 

Abs…

For abs we are going to do 4 different exercise for only one set so make it count! If you want even more of a burn, do an extra set or 2! 

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.

Fat Burning Home Workout

Cardio

    – 50 seconds of jumping jacks, 10 second break

    – 50 seconds of squat engines, 10 second break

    – 50 seconds of butt kicks, 10 second break

 

Circuit:

– 3 rounds of the following:

    – 30 seconds of touchdown lunges

    – 30 seconds of crab walks

    – 30 seconds of jump squats

    – 30 seconds of skater hops

 

Circuit:

– 3 rounds of the following:

    – 30 seconds of high plank

    – 30 seconds of pike ups

    – 30 seconds of mountain climbers

    – 30 seconds of pushups

 

Abs:

    – 30 seconds of boat pose

    – 30 seconds of plank toe touches

    – 30 seconds of flutter kicks

    – 30 seconds of leg raises
