Circuit:
Today’s workout is an 8 exercise circuit with 2 built in breaks which we will do 5 times. The workout will target cardio and abs. This workout can be done from anywhere since there is no equipment requirement!
Stretch
To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
20 Minute Cardio and Ab home Workout:
– 5 rounds of the following:
– 30 seconds jumping jacks
– 30 seconds inchworm
– 30 seconds squat engines
– 30 seconds bicycle kicks
– 30 second rest
– 30 seconds jog in place
– 30 seconds heel touches
– 30 seconds high plank leg raises
– 30 seconds bridge pose
– 30 second rest
