Today’s Workout of the Day is focusing on back and shoulders, mixed in with some cardio. This is a pretty light workout compared to past WODs. Try and crank this out as fast as you can.
- 1 Mile run for time(@ 1% incline)
- Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3×12
- Dumbbell lateral Raises 3×12
- Cable lat pull down 3×12
- Cable upright row 3×12
- Cable lateral raise 3×12 (each arm)
- Cable face pulls 3×12
- 50 floors on the Stair master for time
