I hope everyone had a great weekend! Sorry I am a little late with the daily workout. Since I am on vacation until Friday, this week is going to be a little different. Once this week is over, I will also repost a vacation workout plan on our page here.
- Run to the beach (.5 mile)
- 4 rounds of the following
- 10 push-ups
- 10 lunges
- 10 air squats
- 10 lunges
- 2 sprints
- Run to back to beach house (.5 mile)
This workout should only take you about 25 – 30 minutes, which is perfect to start off your morning when on vacation!
