I hope everyone had a great weekend! Sorry I am a little late with the daily workout. Since I am on vacation until Friday, this week is going to be a little different. Once this week is over, I will also repost a vacation workout plan on our page here.

  • Run to the beach (.5 mile)
  • 4 rounds of the following
    • 10 push-ups
    • 10 lunges
    • 10 air squats
    • 10 lunges
    • 2 sprints
  • Run to back to beach house (.5 mile)

This workout should only take you about 25 – 30 minutes, which is perfect to start off your morning when on vacation!
