For today’s cardio, we are going to be running 4 miles. You can either do this on a treadmill or outside, totally up to you. This is the primary focus of our workout today so make it count. Try to challenge yourself and maybe run a difficult route or try to get a new PR!

Stretch
To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
Intense AB and Cardio Workout

Cardio:
– 4 mile run on the treadmill
Circuit:
– 4 rounds of the following:
– 10 pull ups
– 25 pushups
– 20 body weight dips
– 20 alternating lunges
Abs:
– 3 rounds of the following:
– 40 seconds of high plank
– 40 seconds of elbow plank
– 40 seconds of side plank (right side)
– 40 seconds of Side plank (left side)
– 40 seconds of high plank toe taps
