Get Bigger, Faster, and Stronger with this Cardio with Strength Ab Workout

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a Cardio with Strength Ab Workout. This is a great workout that will work you hard and also make you sweat!

Cardio Round 1…

Today’s workout is going to be cardio driven. The goal for todays is to do a 30 minute run/jog. Depending on your speed this will probably be about a 5K or a little more which is perfect. As it gets closer to my wedding, I am trying tp pump up the cardio and do at least 2 heavy cardio days a week. Work hard here and if you get into a good groove, keep going! No need to stop. 30 minutes is just the minimum you should shoot for.

Circuit…

The circuit today is going to be focusing on abs. We will have 2 different circuits, the first one targeting our core and lower abs and the second circuit hitting our obliques. Each circuit we will do for 3 rounds and each exercise has its own desired amount of reps. Get after it here because having a strong core is vital to overall strength. posture, and mobility.

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
