For today’s cardio, we are going to be doing a 40 minute run on the treadmill. For the first 30 minutes, run at your normal pace. For the last 10 minutes, incorporate internal sprints into your run.
Once you have completed the 40 minute run, we will move to the stationary bike for a quick 5 minute cool down bike. Keep up the intensity here though, make the 5 minutes count!

Stretch
To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.

– 5 minutes on the stationary bike – medium to high intensity the whole time

– 5 rounds of the following:
– 20 pushups
– 10 pull ups
– 20 toe touches
– 10 leg raises
– 40 flutter kicks
– 10 leg pull ins
