- 1 Mile Run for time
4 Rounds of the Following:
- 10 reps of dumbbell bench press
- 10 reps of incline dumbbell bench press
- 10 reps of incline dumbbell flies
- 10 bench dips
- 10 push-ups
End with 3 rounds of abs:
- 25 toe touches
- 15 leg raises
- 1 minute plank
Less Intense Version
- 1 Mile Run for time
3 Rounds of the Following:
- 10 reps of dumbbell bench press
- 10 reps of incline dumbbell bench press
- 10 reps of incline dumbbell flies
- 10 bench dips
