Today’s workout is a chest HIIT workout, focusing in high intensity and high reps! Try and do this workout as fast as possible.
- 1 Mile Run
- 5 Rounds of the following:
- 10 reps of Bench
- 10 bench dips
- 10 reps of incline bench
- 10 reps of chest raises
- 10 reps of flies
- 10 reps of push-ups
- 75 toe touches
- 1 minute plank
- 30 second high plank
- 50 mountain climbers
End the workout with a cool down walk of about 5 minutes and then stretch it out!
Less Intense Version:
- 1 Mile Run
- 3 Rounds of the following:
- 10 reps of Bench
- 10 bench dips
- 10 reps of incline bench
- 10 reps of chest raises
- 10 reps of flies
- 10 reps of push-ups
- 50 toe touches
- 30 Second plank
- 20 second high plank
- 25 mountain climbers
