Get Bigger, Faster, and Stronger with this End of Work Week Cardio and Abs

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing an End of Work Week Cardio and Abs workout. This is a great cardio and ab routine that will make you earn the weekend!

Cardio…

For today’s cardio, we are going to be doing a 5K. I did this workout on the treadmill at the gym, but if it is nice outside, feel free to run outside instead. Once you have finished your 5K, hit the stair master for  another 10 minutes to keep the heart rate up and the sweat flowing.

Abs…

For abs today, we are going to be doing 6 different exercises for either reps or time. We will do this for a total of 3 rounds.

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
