Back to the grind this week and not a better way to start if off than with some chest. The focus for today is an explosive chest workout with some HIIT mixed in.

  • 1.5 mile run for time
  • Barbell Bench Press 10, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
  • Incline Bench Press 10, 10, 10 ,10
    • Superset with plate raisesĀ  10, 10, 10, 10
  • Alternating dumbbell press 10, 10, 10, 10
    • Superset with dumbbell flies
  • Cable flies 10, 10, 10, 10
    • Superset with pushups 10, 10, 10, 10
  • 3 rounds of the following
  • Stretch!
