Get Bigger, Faster, and Stronger with this Heavy Cardio and Ab Workout

Today’s…

workout of the day, we are going to be doing a Heavy Cardio and Ab Workout. This is a great cardio workout that will really see how in shape you really are!

Workout

To start todays workout, we are going to be doing a 30 minute run. The speed is totally up to you. The whole point is to be moving the entire 30 minutes. Feel free to also add in any sort of interval running and be sure to drink plenty of fluids here.

Once we are done with the 30 minute jog, we will move to the stationary bike and pedal for 20 minutes. This Will keep your heart rate up and also give you a good burn in your legs. Again, make sure you are drinking plenty of water here.

After the bike, find a mat or a space of the floor to crank out the ab exercises. We will be doing 4 different exercises for 4 rounds. Get after it!

Stretch

To end the workout, stretch out those muscles to prevent soreness and injury. Recovery is the most important part after working out, so make sure to take care of your body and it will take care of you. Stretch it out for a total of 10 – 15 minutes depending on how much time you have.
