Good morning and I hope everyone had a great weekend! Now that it is Monday, it’s back to grind. See below for today’s workout. Going forward, I am also going to include a version of the workout that isn’t as intense.

  • 10 – minute Jog, 1.5% incline
  • Barbell bench press –  10, 8, 6, 5, 5, 3, 3
  • Barbell bench press pause reps – 10, 10, 10
  • Dumbbell incline bench press – 10, 10, 8, 6, 6
  • Alternating dumbbell bench press – 10, 10, 10, 10 (each arm)
  • Incline dumbbell flies – 10, 10, 10, 10
  • Pushups – 40
  • Dips – 40
  • 2 rounds of:
    • 50 toe touches
    • 50 Russian twists

Modified workout (Less as intense)

  • 10 – minute jog
  • Barbell or dumbbell bench press – 10, 10, 10 ,10
  • Barbell or dumbbell incline bench press – 10, 10, 10, 10
  • Dumbbell or cable flies – 10, 10, 10, 10
  • Dips – 20
  • Pushups – 20
  • 1 round of:
    • 50 toe touches
    • 50 Russian twists
